ABILITIES INFORMATION: Alexei is a trained Soviet soldier, which means he's a great marksman and physical fighter. But more importantly, he's a Super Soldier, which means he's got: enhanced strength, durability, speed, stamina, reflexes... And quite likely a regenerative healing factor, where his injuries heal faster.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CHARACTER: Communism, propaganda, human experimentation, probably committed some murders during his time as Red Guardian. Alexei's Russian accent can also be seen as very tropey and culturally insensitive, for which I apologize. It's just... how he's written in the MCU- arguably even worse in What If. I'm keeping it to a minimum as much as possible!

He's a thirty-something David Harbour with a very obvious Russian accent, but he can switch to an American accent (also heard in the linked clip) if he needs to.
